What is the Board of Directors?
Because your association is a legal entity, it functions similar to a regular business organization. The Board of Directors or Board of Trustees is a group of elected volunteers which operate the association’s business affairs and see that the governing documents are followed.

What options do I have in making payments to the HOA/COA?
The most secure and efficient method of payment is electronically through Alliance Association Bank, the banking partner of Link Real Estate Group. Click the "Make a Payment"On our community website, click the "Make a Payment" button on the website homepage to visit the Alliance portal to make a one-time payment or set up recurring payments at a date of your choosing.
Payments by check may also be sent to the Alliance Bank payment lockbox. Please see the Payment Options doc within the Documents section of the website for additional information on check payments.

When is the trash pick up day for the neighborhood?
Trash pick up day in our neighborhood is every Wednesday. You can contact Local Waste Management to obtain service or with any questions regarding service.

Where do I find rules and regulations about the community?
The community deed restrictions and other governing documents are located in the Documents section of the website. All docs are in PDF form and available for download and printing. Should you need a document that isn't in the folder, please reach out to the management company to request it. Additional documents can be found on your Owner Portal site with Appfolio.
